The best headlamps for running

Why I looked for The best headlamps for running ?

I am used to running at night and of course it is very dark and one time my feet stumbled and fell to the ground causing a break in my nose so I decided to use a flashlight during the night run.

when i reached my home i was checking the internet and i entered to amazon.com and i started searching on a kind of flashlight which i can depend on while running .So i was thinking about the specifications that i need it to be in the kind of the flashlight  which i'm looking for.

Because I'm searching on a flash light for running, So it should be a kind of flashlights which can bears the vibration caused by the run and it could illuminates clearly and with wide spread angle . Finally I found two kinds :

The first one "Headlamps" which is special for illuminating in front of you with your head direction.

The second one is a "chest flashlight" . it's a kind of scout placed around of chest to light up in front of you while running. which is better than the first one because it is fixed, but it only lights up in front of you and doesn't move with the movement of your head.

The problem faced me that i found so many kinds. So I decided to collect the top five products of flashlight . So as to risk buying one and then discover that it's unreliable and you have lost your time and your money.
